A Methodological Approach to the Study of Mixticity from Intersectionality and Autobiography

Qualitative methodology in social sciences offers multiple resources for the analysis of all sorts of phenomena. Beyond social research, the use of such methodologies has increased exponentially in recent years, becoming present in various scientific fields. This article reflects on the potential of a specific aspect of qualitative methodology, the biographical-narrative methodology, based on the methodological design proposal for a research on mixedness. From a hermeneutic epistemological position that advocates for the exercise of self-anthropology, this article describes the main and cross-cutting research
technique, life stories, and the set of additional techniques and instruments designed to complement it by highlighting the epistemological foundations of hermeneutics and their use and viability as sources of knowledge.
