Abstract

The number 42, volume 1, dedicates its monograph to one of the main socio-economic challenges of the present, access to housing and its tensions with the right to property. From a dialogue between social anthropology and law, the eight articles that integrate it show how the idea that these two rights are excluded is ideologically constructed, as if only housing could be guaranteed at the expense of the owners.
