Abstract

"Food contexts in transformation: discourses, practices and initiatives" is framed in a reality marked by profound and accelerated social, economic and political transformations that affect the food system globally and locally. In this sense, we understand that food is developing in increasingly complex, changing and contradictory environments. The first two decades of the 21st century have seen recent developments, particularly in Europe.
